Empowering Women, Supporting Dignity
On the occasion of International Women's Day, B&C Medical College Teaching Hospital & Research Center proudly handed over a Sanitary Pad Vending Machine to the District Police Office Jhapa, Chandragadhi, reaffirming its commitment to promoting women’s health, hygiene, and dignity.
The handover was conducted by Dr. Anjali Karki Prasai, Director of B&C , in the presence of Mr. Promis Giri, Public Relations Chief, along with representatives from both organizations. The machine was received by Ms. Basundhara Khadka, Superintendent of Police marking an important initiative to ensure accessible menstrual hygiene facilities for women serving in the police force.
Through such initiatives, B&C Medical College Teaching Hospital & Research Center continues its efforts to contribute to a healthier, more supportive, and dignified environment for women.
